This policy describes how The Little Dinos Club will make use of your and your child's data when you book or attend a class or sleep appointment with us.

We collect and process personal data about you when you interact with us via our website, attend one of our classes or book a sleep appointment.  The information this includes is: 

 

Playasaurus Class

 

• you and your child's name

• your child’s age

• your relationship to the child

•  your home address, email address and phone number

• your payment details including billing and credit card details - via third party

• any enquiries you send through to us

 

Sleepasaurus Appointment

 

• you and your child's name

• your child's age/date of birth

• any allergies you or your child may have

• your home address, email address and phone number

We process this personal data for the following purposes (Playasaurus and Sleepasaurus)

• Take payment

• Provide customer service

• Reserving a space in our Playasaurus classes​

You have the right to ask The Little Dinos Club with whom you have a relationship with for a copy of your personal data held; to correct, delete or restrict (stop any active) processing of your personal data.

How long will you retain my data?

Where we process registration data, we do this for as long as you are an active attendee of our classes and for 2 years after this.  This is the same for Playasaurus and Sleepasaurus.
